Installation of sound equipment in the Temple of the Archangel Michael
Our company has carried out a range of works on scoring the Temple of the Archangel Michael in Troparevo.
The Church of the Archangel Michael is very popular among parishioners. On holidays, the Temple is completely filled with parishioners, as a result of which the speech of the Temple employees is practically inaudible. To change the sound atmosphere of the Temple, it was decided to install new sound equipment, with the ability to operate autonomously without the participation of a sound engineer.
The sound atmosphere in the Temple has a very high reverberation time, because of this it is necessary to carefully configure the sound equipment using a high-quality sound processor that has an automatic feedback suppressor. The BSS BLU-101 sound processor coped with this decision.
The microphones are installed permanently, in places where Temple employees often read prayers. In this Temple, microphones were hung on a chandelier, embedded in the gates of the Altar, installed on the stands of the readers and in the Altar on the seven-branched candlestick. Shure microphones - Shure MX185, Shure MX418D/C, Shure MX202BP/C - worked well in this arrangement. Electro-Voice Re 320 microphones were chosen to capture the vocals of a church choir.
All microphones are connected to the central audio processor BSS BLU-101, from which the signal is distributed to audio amplifiers. Crown XLS 2002 and Crown XLS 1002 amplifiers were selected for the speaker systems.
JBL Control 25AV and JBL Control 29AV acoustic systems are installed inside the Temple. To sound the street in front of the Temple, use AMC MHQ 60 horn loudspeakers, powered by a LAB.GRUPPEN E 4:2 power amplifier.
The single control unit for audio equipment is the BSS BLU-3 wall-mounted control panel.
Our specialists performed the necessary analysis of the Temple and offered their professional solution for sounding the Temple, as well as supplied sound equipment and carried out installation and setup of the sound system.

Sound reinforcement system design is the process of creating a system that amplifies sound and allows it to be transmitted over long distances. This process includes several stages:
1. Determine system requirements: Before starting the design, it is necessary to determine the system requirements. This may include power, frequency range, number of channels, etc.
2. Selection of components: After determining the requirements, the components of the system must be selected. These could be amplifiers, speakers, mixing consoles, cables, etc. It is important to select components that meet your requirements and provide the best sound quality.
3. Circuit Design: At this stage, it is necessary to develop a circuit diagram of the system, which will include all the components and their connections. The design must be logical and efficient to ensure the best sound quality.
4. System Testing: Once the circuit has been designed, the system must be tested to ensure its functionality. This may include checking all components and connections, as well as testing the sound at different power levels.
5. System Setup: After successfully testing the system, you need to tune it for the best sound quality. This may include adjusting volume levels, channel balance, phase correction, etc.
Design of sound reinforcement systems for any objects: assembly halls, theaters, recreation centers, concert venues.
We do the design together with acoustic calculations, which is required for examination and verification of the correct placement of acoustic systems.
- we develop stage “P” and “RD” projects for MGE and DONM, taking into account all requirements;
- we develop projects of SOUE
